About Us: Studio JPC is an architecture photography studio dedicated to capturing the beauty of architectural designs, led by photographer Jay Cadet. His work has helped architects, builders and interior designers showcase their projects in their best light. We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.
Job Summary: The Client Acquisition Representative will identify and secure new clients for our architecture photography services. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the architecture and design industries, and a passion for connecting with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the architecture, interior design, and construction sectors.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet them.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our photography services and their benefits.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to the photography team to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the architecture, interior design construction industries.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge: Understanding of the architecture, interior design and construction industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with photography services is a plus.
Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
